When does the hourly rate start?
Unlike many other companies, we do not charge for travel time to you! It starts from the time your chauffeur picks you up and ends at your final destination.

What vehicles do you offer for hire?
Our Fleet is one of the largest on the west coast and includes Stretch Hummers, Escalades, Excursions, Lincolns, Cadillacs, and Sedans, and stretch and super stretch limousines.

Are there any additional fees?
Please call us for rates for other destinations.
Airport pickups incur an additional $10 charge.
Free airport transfers at the end of any tour.
There are 3 hours minimum with any tour.
Tax and 20% service fee will be added to the hourly rates.
Las Vegas trips are 6 hours each way.
Palm Springs and San Diego trips are 3 hours each way.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
SUV rates are $30 higher per hour on Saturdays between 12 and 5pm.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once we reserve the vehicle for your exclusive use, we cannot market that vehicle to anyone else, thus we do not offer refunds.

Can we drive the cars ourselves?
Our insurance company will not allow anyone other than the professional chauffeurs to drive the vehicles.

Are you registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Public Utilities Commission?
American Limousine is a fully licensed livery service with California's Public Utilities Commission, TCP 18949-B, and participates in the DMV's Drug Screening Pull Program.

How are your chauffeurs dressed?
Our chauffeurs are dressed in clean, professional attire.

Are your cars well maintained?
Yes. We provide top maintenance for all of our vehicles.

Are drinks included?
Yes. We provide either liquor or champagne or soft drinks for free. Please let the reservation agent know what you prefer.
Please Note: Alcoholic drinks are provided if all members of the party are at least 21 years old.

Are the vehicles fully equipped?
Yes! Our vehicles come "fully loaded" with all the latest amenities!
